Shipping
Below are some common questions about shipping, and delivery timeframes
How much is shipping?
The shipping rates vary based on the weight of your order:
- Up to 30kg: £5.50
- Up to 250kg: £45
- Up to 500kg: £53
What are my shipping options?
Orders under 30 kilos are sent via next day delivery if ordered before 1pm, however One Up Supplies Ltd cannot guarantee that it will arrive the next day.
Pallets are sent same day, or next day for delivery within 24 hours.
What are your timings for delivery?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be processed by our warehouse the same day. This excludes weekends, bank holidays and is subject to stock availability.
We will contact you if there are any issues with your order such as an out of stock item and offer you either a refund or suitable replacement item.
Returns
Below are some common questions about returns, and exchanges
How do I return my order?
Please ensure you read the returns policy in its entirety before contacting us to return any purchases.
To return any items, e-mail us at sales@oneupsupplies.com quoting your order number. The items should then be returned by an agreed delivery method.
We will endeavour to deal with any refunds in a prompt manner. We will issue refunds to the debit/credit card used to place the order.
We advise you return goods using special/recorded delivery or equivalent service. You can obtain a proof of posting certificate free at any post office. If you do not wish to post the item yourself, courier uplift can be arranged by us. This will incur a charge of £5.75
We will not be held responsible for any uninsured items lost in transit, please ensure you at least obtain a proof of posting certificate, which are free at any post office.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
We will issue refunds and credit your debit/credit card when the cancelled goods arrive with us by return postage.
Delivery charges cannot be refunded.

I have received an incorrect item?
If you receive incorrectly supplied goods, we will offer a prompt replacement, refund or alternative item to the same value.
Contact us within 14 days, quoting the order number, and we will arrange for the uplift of incorrect goods and delivery of correct goods.
I have received a defective or damaged item?
Please ensure you inspect any goods prior to signing for delivery. Any visible damage whatsoever should be noted and the delivery signed for as damaged.
If an inspection is not possible please ensure you sign for goods ‘unexamined’ allowing us to lodge claims with our delivery partners.We advise sending a photo of damaged goods. This will enable us to deal with your issue quickly.
Damaged or defective goods should be reported to us with 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please quote your order number to allow us to find your details efficiently.
We will arrange for the uplift and inspection of goods. Should we, upon receipt of items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods. We will incur redelivery postage costs for defective or damaged goods.

Where is my order?
You will receive a tracking link for your order as soon as the courier scans the label.
When will I receive my order?
Orders under 90kg will be sent via next day delivery, orders above 90kg will be sent on a pallet using Palletways.
